To meet a growing demand and to benefit from the skills of in-house craftsmen Patrick established The Creative Joinery & Design Company in 2002. The company now has seven full time machinists and joiners and their work ranges from the small bespoke orders to larger volume orders of windows and doors and specialist architectural installations.

All our staff are highly qualified craftsmen, with a combined experience of 143 years, who take immense pride in their work. One full time apprentice is trained in all aspects of the various woodworking disciplines to help preserve the craft.

The Creative Joinery & Design Company’s workshop reflects the company’s straightforward philosophy of attention to detail. Timber is sourced from the most reliable timber importers. A combination of traditional techniques with new and old machinery ensures accuracy and to minimise waste without compromising traditional joinery skills and practices.

As a responsible manufacturer, The Creative Joinery & Design Company ensures that all the wood we use is of the highest quality and is from suppliers who comply with the British and International regulations/guidelines on sustainable resources.

We endeavour to purchase wood which is accredited by the UK Forest Stewardship Council (FSC).

Clients and customers

We have a varied client list and one which we are very proud of as we consider that this variation reflects our skills and the range of our abilities. The list ranges from Architects to large and small building companies as well as many private clients.

We have strong links with architects, builders and specialist tradesmen and are happy to assist clients with their projects by recommendation.
